The Prana Shakti Flow 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Certification Program is for yoga teachers who are already certified at the 200 hour level. This program will complete the 500 hour certification.
The curriculum builds onto the 200 hour curriculum bringing more depth and Understanding in subjects including:
- Advanced Pranayama – teaching as well as personal practice.
- Meditation – techniques taught to deepen a personal practice & how to lead successful meditation groups
- Philosophy – deeper understanding of the sutras, eight limbs of yoga, subtle bodies, nadis & the chakra system
- History of Yoga
- Intro to Ayurveda
- Art of Sequencing – theme based sequencing bringing the physical and philosophical together to form a well-rounded, educational class
- Anatomy by Pose – review from 200 hour curriculum

Payment Plans
- To receive Early Bird Special, a payment of $2500 must be received by December 15 2010.
- For a 3-month payment plan, a $935 payment is due January 10 2011, February 10 2011, and March 10, 2011.
- For a 6-month payment plan, a $470 payment is due January 10 2011, February 10 2011, March 10 2011, April 10 2011, May 10 2011, & June 10, 2011.
Refunds will be given up until December 31 2009.
