A Guided Journey of Musical Healing with Laurie Ahlemann and Steve Booke

Through the soothing healing infused music and gentle voice of guidance, you will experience the light within you. The meditations are based in breath/body awareness and are appropriate for all level of practitioners. Those new to the practice will have a gentle guide to take them deeper while experienced practitioners will be able to follow the guidance or emerse themselves in the flowing music.
Please join us for an evening of relaxation exercises to combat stress, meditations to balance & reconnect and an open discussion. This class is structured so that you can take these techniques and begin a meditation practice of your own.
