Location: Bonda Yoga in Great Neck, Long IslandIf you are a 200 hour certified yoga teacher and would like to improve your teaching skills or just refine them, this is the program for you. We will cover advanced sequencing and teaching techniques that will give you more confidence to lead your classes then ever before. This program includes advanced techniques found in our 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Certification Program with less of a time commitment. If you decide at a later date to take our 300 Hour Advanced Program, these hours will count toward your 500 Hour Certification.
This program includes:·
- Sequencing - How to create memorable themes and work with key poses
- Learn Hands on Assisting·
- Work one on one with students to improve technique and develop confidence working privately with clients
- Practice Teaching
- Advanced Asana
This program is registered with the Yoga Alliance and will count as CEU's.
Enrollment is limited to 12 so it is advisable to reserve your spot early. We will be offering this program every September and April. If the current teacher training is full, you will be able to sign on to our waiting list for the next session.
Cost: $650 includes manual.
