Your pre-paid or at the door donation of $40.00
will include: 1 hour of group yoga, 1/2 hour group guided meditation with live music
and 2 hours reserved for a choice of a private,
Reiki Healing ,Massage Therapy Session or Acupuncture
This year I am pleased to announce we will also have a Drum Circle, feel free to participate or be a spectator either way the energy is abundant.
All private services will be scheduled, so please select which you would like to receive when you make your reservation and RSVP for the event and you will be placed into a time slot for after the yoga and meditation part of our event.
Raffles will be in addition to donation -
**like last year, raffles will be held in the form of a Chinese or otherwise known as a Penny Auction, YOU will CHOOSE which prize it is you would like to win, and place your raffle tickets where you are hoping to be the winner!!
Mish Volovino will be featuring her custom Mishogawear during our event, 20% of all sales will be donated to our program and in addition she is generously providing an item for raffle…To preview some of Mish’s custom handmade yoga couture, visit her at www.mishogawear.com
Prizes are being donated to the event from various artists, yoga teachers, reiki masters, holistic healers plus meditation supplies as well as various local merchants
All prizes are valued at between (to be announced but no less than $25.00 in value)
Our event will end with healthy homemade snacks, chai lattes & herbal tea.
